Porunga

Porunga is the Namekian dragon. In Namek, Porunga means "god of love." He was created from one of Master Guru's visions. Before the Namek Dragonballs are used, a password must be spoken. With the Earth's Dragonballs, no password is needed. Unlike Shenron, Porunga grants three wishes. He can't bring groups of people back to life at once like Shenron, though.
